Of course you can find us at the many job fairs during October and November for more information or a chat. However, we also like to stay in touch with the students through many different events and workshops:
Do you have questions about getting started in the legal profession and joining a law firm? Each year between October and November our lawyers visit several universities and give a 'Day in the life of a lawyer' presentation in which they discuss frequently asked questions by students in an interactive way.
A first introduction with our office & lawyers for students who are graduating and looking for a traineeship.
Are you interested in a summer internship at our office? We organise a speed dating event with students looking for a summer internship at our office and lawyers from the different practice areas of our firm. You will get acquainted with our lawyers and will be able to ask all your questions.
Would you like to improve your oral pleading skills and learn courtroom do's and don'ts, how to best prepare for oral arguments and what to say (and not to say) before a judge? These and many other topics will be addressed at our pleading skills workshop, presented by lawyers from our litigation department.
Once a year, we give 20 ambitious law students in their master years the chance to work at our firm for a day. It’s a great way to get to know our office and meet us face to face. At the Masterclass, you work on a hypothetical case with partners and associates and get to know us in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Through this competition, NautaDutilh introduces law students to some of the skills necessary for the practice of law (including legal analysis, pleading, and the ability to anticipate questions).
